Active Job Dashboard

Administrators and Office Staff can see a bird’s-eye view of the active jobs using the Active Job Dashboard.

In the Active Job Dashboard, the current PO$, DWR$, Expense$, Invoice$ and Status are displayed.

Users can click the blue arrow to the left of each row to review the Invoice details of each Job.

In the Actions column of each job, you can launch 3 actions for the job:

Job Charge-Out Rate Report

Summary Report

Create Invoice

Commonly used to create an invoice for a fixed-price job (see Invoicing a Fixed Price Job).
