Rate Sheets

A Rate Sheet is a template for a set of line items and prices that can be applied to a Job. Multiple Rate Sheets can be created to help organize and standardize rates for different clients or types of jobs.

From the dashboard, click Create New in the Rate Sheet card.

Name

Name the rate sheet according to the use of the sheet (e.x., Acme Corp Standard Rates).

Note

Add a comment to the rate sheet.

Labour Costs

The labour cost items are imported from the Administration / Labour Cost Items. Users can select which type of labour cost item they want to list down in the rate sheet. Name the item, and provide unit, unit cost ($), hourly cost, and tax/not taxed information to the rate sheet.

Equipment and Materials

The equipment and materials items are imported from the Administration / Equipment and Materials. Users can select equipment and materials they need to list down in the rate sheet. Name the item, and provide unit, unit cost ($) and tax/not taxed information to the rate sheet.

Fixed Price Items

The fixed price items are imported from the Administration / Fixed Price Items. Users can select what item t need and list it down in the rate sheet. Name the item, and provide unit, unit cost ($) and tax/not taxed information to the rate sheet.
